Our Goal

One of the key pillars of the ICN is First Nations support across retail. Integrating First Nations values and encouraging indigenous identity across the workforce is a critical step in leading an inclusive organisation. We recognise the requirement for education, practical and culturally supportive policy to embrace first nations employees.

Our steering group has been developed to encourage the industry to form innovative partnerships and strategies to embrace indigenous principles and culture.
