Optimising opportunities for physically challenged employees

Our Goal

The ICN's goal is to enable a greater disabled and neurodiverse workforce across the sector. The ICN connects leaders' to explore opportunities in redefining workforce possibilities. Innovative inclusive strategies are on the rise and further breakthrough initiatives will open doors to the next level of diversity and support, particularly across the neurodiverse challenges.

The Accessibility and Disability steering group has been developed to ensure retail can take the lead in pursuing optimal support and inclusion across these groups. By sharing knowledge and dynamic policies, we can ensure the sector can optimise its potential as a positive and supportive employee.
