Our Goal
The retail industry employs and touches every community and individual in Australia, directly and indirectly. Few industries have the reach or presence in everyday life that this sector carries. Because of this reach, there is a unique opportunity for retailers to make a positive impact for our LGBTQIA+ employees.
Across the ICN the goal is to share learnings for inclusion across all businesses within retail with a view to developing agile and supportive policies throughout the community.
